Since you are having symptoms of pregnancy and your urine and blood tests are negative, you are suggested to visit a gynecologist and get clinically examined. You will have to get per vaginal examination done and if uterus is bulky your gynecologist may recommend repeat urine and blood examination along with USG (Uterus) to detect ectopic pregnancy.
Menstrual periods may get delayed or irregular also due to anemia, poor general health condition, thyroid issues, PCOD, hormonal problems, etc. You will be treated and managed accordingly. In the meantime avoid addictions if any, take home made well balanced food rich in minerals and protein. Avoid stress, stay well hydrated and take adequate sleep.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
