Hello im 45 years old i have my tubes tied when i was 23 and right now im having symptoms of being pregnant i havent got my period i have back pain i feel nauseous my breast hurt i feel like vomiting i feel very lazy i have fatigue i took a pregnacy test and it came out negative what do you think is wrong with me?
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your symptoms of Pregnancy evidenced by nausea breast tenderness weakness loss of menses backache with negative Pregnancy test following a previous history tubal ligation I will suggest a possible condition called hyperestrogenemia (high estrogen level) with ovarian atrophy
In view of this please do a hormone profile test to rule out this condition
Meanwhile please see your gynecologist specialist with the result for further clinical assessment and possible hormone replacement therapy
I hope this helps Regards
