What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms With Clear Discharge Post Mirena Removal?

Ive been feeling alil sick n it lead to pregnancy signs nausea,backpain upper n lower, flutter feelings.mood swings. Sore breasts nw n den and have afew discharge either slimey slippery and clear and had two preggy tests 3 weeks ago and negative bt it feels as if i am ??? I had da mirena removed on March 6 had bleeding so bad n lasted for a week n a half so not sure hw to feel right now i want to get pregnant bt unsure og da signs help me plez im confused
