What Causes Premature Ejaculation While On Heart Medication?

Good afternoon, I am a 58year old Black male. I had heart bypass surgery and is a 10+ year Type2 diabetic. I am taking a number of medications (Jamumet, Ranexz, metopolol (25m), jandiance, Lipator metanex and novolog 70/30 (22units 2x day with ANC of 6.9). I have taken Calis, Viagra, and now Sildenafil(20mg) with instructions to not exceed 5 at one time. I get a medium erection with little extension. My errection is very short and can loose it while foreplay. Seems as if my desire goes as my errection. Is there any of these medicions fighting with each other or causing my issue?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
It appears from your description that you are having difficulty in sustaining erection rather than premature ejaculation.
Kindly do the following to overcome your problem.
1. Practice 'pause and squeeze' technique regularly.
2. Practice pelvic floor strengthening exercises.
3. Include in your diet milk, saffron, almonds, papaya, figs and honey, which will help to improve blood flow to penis and help to sustain erection.
4. Decrease your stress and anxiety by doing meditation regularly.
5. Take medications like Sildenafil 30 minutes before intercourse, only when necessary.
Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problem and perform normally.
