What Causes Premature Ejaculation While Treating Fractured Vertebrae In Neck?

I was recently in an accident and fractured 3 vertebrae in my neck, I am wearing a soft brace for the next 3 months, I have no pain in my arms or legs and my spinal chord was uninjured in the past with my wife I had experienced from time to time premature ejaculation, performance axiety but not always. It has been 2 weeks since my injury and I have attempted self stimulation twice and both times finished in under a minute, that had never happened before I am concerned that at the end of my healing I will continue to have problems with PE or could it be caused by the neck and back pain I am experiencing, very concerned for my future sex life

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the stressful condition then such sexual dysfunction could be possible and this may not be due to any condition of cervical fracture, try to come out of the stress, it can be due to age too but you have not given it here hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
