hi thanks for writing..i have understood your concerns..
hi, ejaculation within short time after entry into the vagina is called
premature ejaculation. it is common problem. normal duration of intravaginal ejaculatory latency time is 3 to 7 minutes, it can range from 3 to 15 minutes.. longer latency period does not mean greater pleasure.
there are issues you need to address first..it is usually
anxiety about the sexual performance and partner's satisfaction. do not believe that what has happened previously will happen again, otherwise your condition will worsen.
there are methods for treatment of premature ejaculations like
1. use techniques like squeeze and stop-start methods
2. drugs like
paroxetine and
dapoxetine which have different dosage schedule
3. use positions in which stimulation is less to penis
4. use condoms with
anesthetic substance in it.
for staying hard for longer time you shud spend more time in foreplay before penetrative sex. foreplay shud also continue during sexual intercourse. sex is an erotic art of love.
in my opinion you shud visit a
sexologist and tell your concerns, you can also undergo dual
sex therapy in which you will be given education about sexual organs, how to approach for penetrative sex, how to identify sensitive areas in your partner's body etc..
i hope this advice will be helpful to you..if you have further queries feel free to ask..best of luck..
