What Causes Premature Ventricular Contractions After Physical Activity?

I started having PVCs constantly after gardening 2-3 weeks ago - had echo, stress, holter. MetropololXR made my HR go to 40 - to ER. Put on propranalol - too erratc. tried Metrop immediate release - HR back down to 40, so back on propranalol. It works for about 3 hours then the PVCs start up and HR goes lower. But about 2 hour after taking it I feel good - doesn t last long - feels like on a wave. Is there an extended release propranalol or something to mek this less erratic - I m only taking 20 mg 4x day

Hello dear. So ectopics if isolated and not continuous are not harmful except that they are annoying. A sustained release preparation of propranolol is available which can help you to have longer control. Please ask for it from your doctor.
Thanks and regards
