What Causes Presence Of Free Fluid In Cul De Sac?
I have been told that I have free fluid in the cul de sac after I had a vaginal and pelvis sonogram. I am concern because I am a breast cancer survivor of 21 years. After three months from the first sonogram, I had another one and the result was the same. I am concerned about this even though my gyn says it can be normal for a menopausal woman.

Mild free fluid is common.
It maybe due to a mild infection or just reactionary fluid.
