What Causes Pressure Above The Vaginal Bone?

Hello, I am due a period on friday however since yesterday I have been feeling a kind of pressure on above vagina bone asuch and a knot pulling to the left side below at times could I be after falling pregnant and could these be early symptoms this would be great news for us thanks

14)Metallic Taste In The Mouth
15)Excessive Thirst
16)Lack Of Appetite
17)Shortness Of Breath

Any two sign will say whether you are pregnant or not before confirmed pregnancy test or before your missed periods.
