What Causes Pressure And Cramps Near Abdomen?

So, I ve been taking warm showers. And I ve felt fine. But recently, after a took a shower this one time, I started to feel some pressure, or some cramps near my abdomen. It has been happening lately. I went to the doctors but they couldn t find anything and said that it s just in my head. But, I know that something is wrong.
