What Causes Pressure And Difficulty While Urinating?

1st when I urinate id feel difficulty today I feel pressure like in the uretha tube this is not std cause I have been abstinent for a couple three months its like I start to urinate and a flap closes the urine goes back towards bladder and creates a vacuum then I can massage the base relive a little more pain then urinate a little more it hurts till it starts then it feels like I said it develops a vacuum and puts pressure on I have always drank a lot of water every day can you hurt yourself masterbating

It might be due to minor stones somewhere in your urinary tract probably a urethral stone. An ultrasound abdomen is required for further assessment.
