What Causes Pressure And Frequent Urination Post Gall Bladder Removal?

I been having something weird happening to me and it s to the point where I don t even want to use the restroom anymore. Everytime I use the restroom and when I m done I feel pressure like I still need to go. I been using the restroom more frequent and sometimes it s just drops and if I take azos and drink lots of water I use it more but still have the pressure. Couple months ago I went to er and they said I had a uti and something about bladder spasms but only thing different is it don t burn when I dk my business . It just feels like my whole body changed since I had my gallbladder surgery to have it removed. Please help ?
