General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description I am of the opinion that I am pretty sure it was an anginal attack. You should keep tablet sorbitrate and nitroglycerine always with you in case of emergency it can be used. it will relieve your anginal pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
