my name is mitchell...i have pressure and pain in lower back and waste line in front and the feeling of having a bowel movement gets worst around 5am every morning and i have a dark brown smelly urine that looks bubblely with film on top of water...ive been to ER 3 times with no help got check d for uti infection turn d out neg. i recently had shingles and 4 vertabra bulging in back and spinabifida from birth....i can t sleep more than 4-5 hours and the pain in lower back and front waste get s so back i gotta get up..what could this be?
