My name is amanda,i am 26 yrs old. for the past 2 days i have had a vein on my left side near my temple and goes down my ear that is sticking out,it feels like pressure there and around my eye and nasal passage.i have also heard my heartbeat in my head for about a year now. and under my chin is swollen. worried and do not know what is happening. can u help me
