What Causes Pressure Around The Neck?
My thyroid scan revealed left side went up in size from a year ago. Left lobe a year ago was 5.1x 1.5x 2.8 cm. Now it is 7.1 x 2.1 x 2.8 cm. The scan said echogenicitu is diffusely heterogeneous with no discrete cystic or solid lesions seen. However, I am having issues with pressure and stuck feeling in neck.

I can certainly understand your concern your ultrasound findings , as it is diffusely heterogeneic , so there is a possibility that it could be due to Hashimotos thyroiditis, Which is usually a hypothyroid condition, could be hyperthyroid in less cases.
I would advise you to consult your doctor and start on thyroxine to get relief from the pressure around the neck
