What Causes Pressure At The Back Of Head Along With Swishing Sound In Ears?

Hello,, yesterday I got into a fight with my sister and she hit me really hard between my neck and ear but I didn t feel anything. After I got up today my ear was hurting but I think it s because I got water in it from showering and now it s night time and I feel pressure in the back of my head and also my nose and around it feels like there is a lot of blood swishing around and when I lay down it feels worst,, why can that be?? Does it have to do with getting hit?? Plus under both of my ears and throat feels like they are burning and it s hard for me to swallow.
