Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Pressure Behind The Right Eye Followed By Nasal Bleeding?
MA female age 42 two kids i feel periodic pressure behind right eye head area followed by a nose bleed right nostril with a quart size circular clot in the last 30 days. have a history of migrain headaches but what i feel now is nothing similar to that. temporary loss of focus may occur and i do have temporal hair loss. medications multivitamin biotin and DH prenatal.
It would be best to be seen by your doctor for assessment. It is possible that it may be infection or blockage or inflammation of the sinuses in that area that is causing the nosebleed and headache, but this should be ruled out by assessment.
The assessment would include a physical examination and possibly imaging to take a look at the sinuses and other aspects of the skull.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
General & Family Physician
