What Causes Pressure Headache With Nosebleed?

I ve been having these pressure headaches for 10 years which are constant and don t go away. The only thing that relieves it, is when I get a nosebleed. Then I am fine for a couple weeks. The nosebleed lasts for about 30 min. Its like the nosebleed acts like a pressure relief valve. Ive been prescribed every migraine medication but none work.

I really appreciate your concern, if you have not get done the MRI then better to get it done, if this turned out unremarkable then it could be functional headache then it can be tried with tranquilizer and best would be "Tab Chlordiazepoxide" three times in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
