What Causes Pressure Headaches On The Back Of Head?

Hello, i was away for 2 weeks in africa and came bk on friday. (during my 1st few days in africa i had a minor car accident, hitting my head on the window which caused some swelling which has gone down now)For the last 2 days i have been having bad pressure headacnes at the back of my head, im not sure if this is due to the fact that i had to travel on 3 planes of my return during, due to the lack of sleep over the past week or my malaraia tablets. I have made an appointment with my doctor for first thing tomorrow.can you help at all?

Hello,

Since you will see your Doctor, he can understand better your condition. I would say in your case, it may be fatigue, but, first is necessary to exclude any brain damage such as contusions, delayed subdural hematoma, etc. A CT scan is necessary for this purpose.
