What Causes Pressure In Anus During Defecation?
Hello my name is Greg , and my partner who is a 54year woman is experiencing pressure from her anus and when she has a bowel movement it s very small . She has lost 24 lbs in the last 3 months , eats regularly and reasonably , also has a hard time with her stomach after eating. ??

You need to check CBC, CRP, abdomen X-ray, urea breath test, stool study, fecal calpo-protein. At least these tests will indicate towards a diagnosis. Eat fruits, boiled vegetables, vitamins, and anti-oxidants.
