What Causes Pressure In Chest And Breathlessness While Lying On Back?
Hi there . I m a 35 year old women .i do smoke. At night when I lay on my back in bed I feel pressure in my chest andfind Iit hard to breath properly . The every morning I cough up clear thick bubbles just wonder if I should see my doctor about or u could tell me what sgoing on. TThanks Alexandra
* As per my clinical experience, pressure in chest with breathlessness while lying on back may be in concern with underlying lower respiratory tract infection as pneumonia or others.
* It is strongly recommended to consult your doc for basic evaluation with chest x-ray, complete hemogram for further guidelines of cure which includes
- prescription of antibiotics as fluoroquinolones or macrolides
- bronchi dilator
- mucolytic as ambroxol
- glucocorticosteroids
- supportive chest physiotherapy.
