General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* As per my clinical experience, pressure in chest with breathlessness while lying on back may be in concern with underlying lower respiratory tract infection as pneumonia or others.

* It is strongly recommended to consult your doc for basic evaluation with chest x-ray, complete hemogram for further guidelines of cure which includes

- prescription of antibiotics as fluoroquinolones or macrolides
- bronchi dilator
- mucolytic as ambroxol
- glucocorticosteroids
- supportive chest physiotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
