What Causes Pressure In Ears Along With Insufficient Intake Of Oxygen By Nose?

I experienced dizziness and had a hard time getting air/oxygen up through my sinus. I feel pressure pain in my ears that effect my hearing. They feel stop up also. I sight becomes a little blured. I have been to Doctors and they give me nasal spray and decongestant pills. I was given Azithromycin antibiotic once in 3 years for 5 days. None of this has drain or cleared up the problem with my sinus. I had been taking Ibuprofen and decongestants for the last 3 years off an for the problem with my upper respiratory illness.
