What Causes Pressure In Head,nausea And Lightheadedness?

I looked down when I heard and felt a loud crack at base if my skull. About 10 minutes later I experienced a lot of pressure at the base of head that I m still experiencing now. Im also getting a headache in right temple area. I m also nauseous and slightly lightheaded. I have a history of migraines. What could this be?
