Hi,

The symptoms of pressure in the neck along with dizziness when turning the head to the right can be caused by various conditions. Here are some possible causes:
* Cervical Vertigo: This is a type of dizziness caused by a problem in the neck region, usually due to cervical spine instability or cervical arthritis. It can be aggravated by head movements.
* Inner Ear Problems: The inner ear is responsible for balance, and any problem in this region can lead to dizziness. The symptoms can be aggravated by head movements, and sometimes there may also be ringing in the ears or hearing loss.
* Migraine: Migraine headaches can sometimes cause dizziness, as well as neck pain and pressure. This can be worsened by movement or bright light.
* High Blood Pressure: High blood pressure can cause neck pressure and dizziness. It is important to get your blood pressure checked by a healthcare professional.
* Anxiety: Anxiety can cause a variety of physical symptoms, including dizziness and neck pressure. If this is the case, it is important to seek help from a mental health professional.

To determine the underlying cause of your symptoms, it is recommended that you see a healthcare professional for an evaluation. They may recommend further testing or refer you to a specialist, such as an ENT or neurologist, for further evaluation and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
