What Causes Pressure In The LLQ Of The Abdomen?

Hi. I am experiencing a pinching sensation in my obliques, right and left and lower abdominal pressure. Lately, I haven t been able to sleep comfortably on my sides and I am having to unbutton my pants while driving and while sitting at work because of the pressure I m applying to my abdomen. I am supposed to start my period this week, but I haven t yet. I also took a pregnancy test, but it came out negative.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should should definitely rule out ovarian pathology for your symptoms (pain and menstrual abnormality).
So consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination, ultrasound examination of abdomen and hormone levels.
You may have hormonal imbalance.
You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones.
If ultrasound abdomen is normal then no need to worry.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
