What Causes Pressure In The Chest After An Opdivo Infusion?
I have a patient that ten min into her infusion her face was flushed and mid chest pressure. VS good with just an elevated pulse. This btw is her second treatment. We stopped and gave her a bolus then resumed the optivio . After infusion was completed she started to have rigors and c/o being cold . temp 98.7 Benadryl was given and she still remains with rigors twenty min later. Is this a common reaction to this drug on second dose
