General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history having excess of Red-bull and coffee, both of which have excessive caffiene.
The initial reaction would be to coffee and then to the after effects and also to the direct effects that has caused on your stomach causing gastritis and related symptoms.
I would advise you the following:
PPI like Omeprazole,
Antacid 3 hourly
Soft bland diet.
Avoid tea, red-bull, coffee, hot and spicy foods.
Avoid stress and anxiety.
Have 9 hours sleep at least per day.
If required an Upper GI endoscopy.
And further treatment till you are alright.
