What Causes Pressure In The Chest And Fatigue?

over the last few weeks I have periodically had some pressure on my chest, sharp pressure for about 2 minutes maybe a bit longer, maybe a bit shorter and then is goes away and I also get very tired almost sleepy sometimes while driving from the fatigue...but today it came back and I broke out in a bit of a sweat but I was not hot or even warm...I recently (2 months ago) had a TIA mini stroke......I am in the middle of a very stressful divorce proceeding, so I thought it might just be stress but at 59, and with a family history of heart issues, I am looking for some professional insight....Does this seem like a stress issue?

With a history of TIA, and super added stress, I would recommend a cardiac work up. It would be better to rule out a disease, given your age, family history and additional factors.Kindly get in touch with a heart specialist.
