Since the allergies are recurrent as they will occur whenever you come in contact with the allergens that cause you the symptoms. There are secondary effects too like sinusitis, ear problems, throat and eyes allergies as well as asthma can occur, it is better to get a proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like ENT Endoscopy, CT scan of the nose and sinuses to see for secondary problems and get operated if indicated. Continue Sudafed and Flonase but you may need a short course of oral steroids in tapering dosages.
