What Causes Pressure In The Head After A Concussion?

I was in a terible large semi truck collision a year and a half ago and doctors keep saying i only have a mild concussion and I am sick and not better now loosing vision...that have not and will not order a mri...saying ct is enough...I have head pressure..intracranial...and they keep saying I dont and wont allow another lumbar puncture procedure which helped tremendously was hoping for one more...been a year...doctors are killing me slowly
