What Causes Pressure In The Head Along With Extreme Dizziness And Shivering?

hi I have been having episodes lik a pressure in my head then I feel extreme dizziness and now I have the shakes with it. it gets scarey, then after a few minutes it eases and then passes.then im weak and sometimes for a little while my speech seems off, I know what im trying to say but it comes out all wrong and then tightness in my neck and across upper back by my shoulders. but also notice more cramping in my feet.legs and arms. Iam a cancer patient and a heart patient also. I have fibro

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it's better to get a neurologist review and get the detailed neurological examination done and if needed blood works for thyroid levels and metabolic profile as well.

Sometime micronutrients deficiencies may present with such symptoms. But if every thing comes to be unremarkable, underlying depression should also be ruled out.
