Hi welcome to HCM.. You have bronchitis infection ...It could be viral and by sneezing it can spread through respiratory route to your co worker.... Viral infection can spread through respiratory droplet ... So it is better to wear mask while working and use handkerchief when sneezing ... Advise your co worker to keep her immunity with good diet ... As she is already immune compromised it is better to keep away from her for few days for you until symptomatic improvement ... You can use benadryl like decongestent for fast symptomatic relief but it can cause sedation during your office hour .. Drink more water ... Avoid excess spicy foods ...
