Hello! I m having pressure in my lower abdomen, it feels like something is coming out of my vagina or it is about to fall out. I m uncomfortable, urinating alot, I cannot lay down, sit or stand up. What should I do? I do not have a primary doctor or health insurance. All I can afford is a clinic for low income. Please help me.

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Pressure in lower abdominal with discomfort during urination is like caused by a UTI .I will suggest you see a clinic around that you can afford and get a urinalysis. From the germ that will be identified, you will be prescribed antibiotics. Also, most UTIs respond well on amoxicillin-clavulanic combination, cephalosporins....You may try the following:
-Take an anti-spasmodic pain drug like spafon
-An anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen
-Amoxicillin-clavulanic acid combination like curam
If symptoms persist, you see clinic you can afford around for evaluation.
Hope this will help
Best regards
