What Causes Pressure In The Lower Abdomen And Pain In The Lower Back?

Earlier in the week I had a lot of pressure in my lower abomin. Always felt like I had to ppe. Sometimes I did sometimes not. It passed but now I have an achy pain in my entire adomin area and around to my lower back. It feel like when Iused to get gall bladder attacks only much lower down. I was just nauseous and I keep getting little bouts of diarrhea.

There may be many causes of Lower abdomen pressure and lower back pain. Common causes include gall stones, kidney stones, Urinary Tract Infection, Ovarian Cyst, endometriosis, Irritable bowel disease, Ovarian cancer among other causes. Since you have symptoms of urgency, lower back pain and abdominal bloating i would suggest you to have a abdominal ultrasound (to rule out kidney stones, Ovarian cyst, endometriosis, Ovarian cancer and gall stones) and Urine examination ( to rule out Urinary Tract Infection) . Depending upon the results of USG and Urine examination further course of action can be decided.
