What Causes Pressure In The Right Eye After Taking A Flight?

On Friday after getting off of a flight from Baltimore to Detroit, I felt pressure in my right eye. Right lower side of the eye. I have pressure in the eye and sinus pressure most of the weekend with more severe pain towards the evenings. I still have a dull pressure type of pain in my right eye (white part lower right side of the eye). It is very uncomfortable to blink and when I touch over my eyelid, there is great pressure. Around the pain spot is some broken blood vessels and a white patch almost like a blister on the eye.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptom given here could be suggestive of sinusitis and it can be managed with Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day, try some steam inhalation, drink more water, if the symptoms persist then may require clinical examination and investigations and hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
