What Causes Pressure In The Sinus On The Right Side?

I feel pressure in my sinus on my right side. Painful Pressure against my right ear from the inside, I have Pulsatile Tinnitus in sinc with my heart beat, real loud at night. My taste buds on the right side of my tough transmit sweetness as salty or metallic to my brain.

Pain and pressure on the sinus could be due to infection called sinusitis.
Sinusitis can be associated with ear pain and taste alterations.
Treatment is with antibiotics. You can apply cold compress and take Tylenol for pain.Steam.inhalTion daily, saline nasal drops and saline nasal wash can help open up the sinuses.
