Is there a fee involved? My teenage son was born with a small hole in his heart and periodically he has had chest pains. At one point the pressure where the sternum is became intense. So I took him to his pediatrician and she stated from what I remember since he had no other symptoms related to heart disease and he was still growing this might be the cause. She said more and so did another doctor and called it something but I cannot remember. He has never had a chest x-ray.
