What Causes Pressure On Forehead And Dizziness After An Injury?

Hey there. Earlier this afternoon I flipped backwards into my bed, but did so a little to hard. I heard a quiet snap and immediately felt pressure on my forehead, even though I d hit the back. I feel mildly dizzy now and just a little off, but I don t know if I m just being paranoid or if there s actually something to be worried about.

Post traumatic vertigo is a known problem after minor trauma to the head especially on hitting the back of the head . If more than 6-8 hours have passed and you are fine , I don't think anything is necessary to be done. In case the dizziness persists , some medications used for vertigo can be used for a short period t, o give relief. If there is any persistent headache or vomiting that starts, it would be a good idea to visit the doctor so they can rule out any intracranial problems. Hope you feel better soon.
