What Causes Pressure On The Ear And Nose Bleeding While Driving?

I was driving in the car and I went from being fine to a feeling that all the blood in my body was rushing to my ears, I had ear pressure, I was dissy and thought I would pass out. I also got a nose bleed. I am a 52 year old woman with a family history of heart disease. Panic attack or heart issue? :)

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pressure on the ear and nose bleeding while driving . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like ear infection , sinusitis or condition related to heart . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , blood test , examination of ear with otoscope and nasal endoscopy for nasal polyp . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) along with decongestant and expectorant . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist if condition will be related with heart condition . For now avoid deriving , avoid bending forard and drink green tea thrice a day .
