What Causes Pressure On The Head With Bump After Hitting?

I bumped my head on the corner of a dresser on Friday night. It hurt initially and I had a small goose egg on the top of my head. I didn t have any other symptoms Friday or Saturday. Saturday night I started feeling pressure similar to sinus pressure when I bend forward. I also have a light headache and will feel some pain on one side of my neck when I cough. Is this something I need to worry about or is it just possibly a tension or other headache?

as there is injury on the head and now there is pain with light headedness, need to be taken seriously. Should get the ct brain done to rule out some contusion in brain or some blood collection under skin. take opinion of neurosurgeon if required.
