What Causes Pressure Pains Near Vagina, Lower Back Pain And Stomach Pain?

I have pressure pains near the vagina on the right hand side and lower back pains on the same side. I also feel pain on the rightside of the stomach. I am urinating more frequently and when I have a bowl movement I feel the pressure on the righthand side of the vaginal walls... what is this?
