What Causes Pressure Sensation In Sternum And Nausea?

Feeling of pressure in sternum had this for 12 hours now and pressure intensifying also feel nauseous more so when I close my eyes and I m really tired :( Don t know if this is related but I m slowly passing wind which feels hot :/ I do suffer from anxiety and panic attacks 24/7 for past 9 months constantly but past two days I felt myself again I felt amazing until today s issue I know 100 per cent this symptom is not usual anxiety /panic symptom for Me so what could it be ? I do also have acid reflux I need answers I been a&e over 15 times with the other symptoms eg chest pain breathlessness but they put it down to anxiety n send me on my way same with gp This chest pressure is a worry for me especially as I m nauseous and a little breathless

Okay, this can be anxiety/part of panic attack, first diagnosis considering the previous history of panic attacks.

Second thing, it can be related to heart, if the symptoms continue get an ECG done to see if everything is normal from the heart point of view
