What Causes Pressure Sensation In The Epigastric Area?

I ve been having pressure sensation in my epigastric area for about 4 years. I ve had two endoscopy procedures done. They have both shown H Pylori positive results and I ve completed antibiotic treatments. I ve since been on Prilosec 40 mg every day that provides absolutely no relief. When I workout, stress, or even sitting kicks the pressure in. I ve also had a CT w/conytrast that showed normal results. Any idea what it may be?

Hi,

Epigastric pain can be due to 4 things
-acid peptic disorder
-gallstones
-pancreatitis
-cardiac.

Get done Endoscopy and CT to rule out gallstones.

The acid peptic disorder also pancreatitis.

Get ECG done to rule out cardiac chest pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
