What Causes Pressure Sensation On Top Of Head?

I ve had feelings of pressure/pulsing on top of my head and forehead for over a week. Next came inflated baggy skin under eyes, then bruising in both eyes, under bony arch/eyebrow, lid and down to tear duct (like inverted C s. Very dark purple). Am treating like sinus infection (irrigation, antihistamine, decongestant) and bruising seems less but pulsing feeling remains.
