Hello dear Understand your concern. I think problem is related to lower urinary tract. It is due to lower urinary tract infection (cystitis/urethritis) because of cloudy urine and pressure toward end of urination. I would like to suggest following urine test: urine routine, microscopy, leukocyte esterase test, culture, urea, creatinine, CBC and ESR. If it is urinary tract infection, you should take following advice: Tablet septran with nitofurantoin, drinks plenty of fluids, always empty the bladder completely, take fruits like papaya, orange, grapes and cranberry, wipe pelvic area before and after urination, always do urination after sex, use condoms and lubrication during sex. If problem not resolves do USG to exclude urinary tract abnormality, stone, and obstruction. Implantaion bleeding may be occur after unprotected intercourse at the time off implantation. But confirm the pregnancy if period is missed. Also the chance of STD is less as there is no pain , itching and foul vaginal discharge. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr.SAGAR
