What Causes Pressure Under The Rib Cage?

I I have fullness under rib cage both sides ultrasound should fat in liver G I doctor feels functional dyspepsia I am on Zantac I feel like something stuck under ribs I sometimes have heartburn no weightoss blood work was normal could it be gerd or gastritis ?

I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Thank you for posting in HCM.
This is likely dyspepsia.
If a patient comes to me with such complaints I suggest him Tab domperidone 10 mg thrice daily 15 minutes before meals for 5 days.
I would advice walking after meal and avoid going to bed just after taking your meal.
