What Causes Pricking And Pain In Stomach And Leg?

i am a 21 years old female.. i have this slight pricking and pain in my left side of the stomach and pain in legs, lower back and back .. i had skin rashes but it went away.. i have had unprotected sex on june 18 but my partner donot have any std or hiv... what could be the reason??

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be muscular pain and it could be nonspecific some time it could be due to poor posture, but it may not be due to any disease or hormone changes or conception so no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
