What Causes Pricking Pain All Over The Body?

I have experienced prickly pin like pain everywhere on my body. I have taken over the counter antihistamines and nothing works. I have to take pain pills now or sleeping pills in order to get a good night sleep of not itching all night no matter how I turn. From my legs, arms to back, buttocks, everywhere except my private parts. I do not understand what this is. It is beyond frustrating and stressful. HELP

it can be round worm infestation. take albendazole at bed time. might be allergic to food you have taken or cosmetic and linen. try to isolate allergen. it can be pollen in air. if cant isolate then go for allergy test.
