What Causes Pricking Pain In The Bladder During Urination?
Hi doc.. Rahul here from gujarat Doc i m have some issue that i really dnt know.. What it is.. Sometimes what happens i dnt have urge to bowl.. and I feel like blocked stomach and that causes pin like pain in bladder area which causes discomfort so what could be the reason for this?

In my opinion your symptoms may be due to constipation,which may be non specific or as a part of Irritable bowel syndrome.
It may also be due to diverticulitis.
It is advisable to keep yourself adequately hydrated.
An imaging study of abdomen,that is a CT scan of abdomen would be needed for diagnosis.
